Every time Nicaragua faces elections, the country is subjected to intense scrutiny by Western Governments and media. This year is no exception - with elections taking place this Sunday, Western media are waging a psychological warfare campaign against the government and swallowing wholesale the blatant propaganda and misinformation being touted by right wing opponents of the Sandinista National Liberation Front, FSLN.
