We have received the following message from Domingo Perez, General Secretary of UNE:

On behalf of the public sector union UNE, I wish to offer our solidarity and condolences to you and to all of the families of the victims who died following the Manchester attack. This cannot continue, we must work together - in Nicaragua, in the UK and across the world - to resolve the problems which have developed globally. We must work for peace and harmony for all citizens of the world - we all have the right to our lives and to live in peace.

Messages of support and solidarity have also been received from health union FETSALUD and teachers' union ANDEN.
