NUT launches English language teaching project in Nicaragua

We are proud to announce the launch of a partnership project between the National Union of Teachers, NUT, Nicaraguan Teachers' Union ANDEN and the Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign Action Group.
Through the project, the NUT is offering members of the NUT wo are experts in the teaching of Spanish to secondary school pupils the opportunity to travel to Nicaragua to share their knowledge and skills with teachers in Nicaragua who are teaching English as a second language.
The visit will take place during the summer, from 29 July - 19 August, and is a once in a lifetime opportunity for teachers in the UK to share their skills and show solidarity with teachers in Nicaragua, while at the same time getting to meet its people and learn about its culture.
